NLC seen from the south of England 17 July 2023, 0300 - 0350 BST (UTC+1).
The photos presented here are the same image, taken at 0325 BST, but in the first the image 'levels' have been enhanced in Photoshop Elements to make the NLC easier to see. Both have been cropped, but otherwise the second image has been unaltered and this shows the scene closer to reality. The NLC was faint throughout [Brightness = 1].
