I'm not absolutely sure if it could be an NLC sighting, it's probably just a play of light and shadow due to cloudy type undulations due to a strong Foehn wind. The images were taken at 11:00 pm local time, about an hour and a half after sunset. In any case, the sky often manages to put on a show...
Canon 6D + 28 and 50 mm. lens.
