Details:
In recent days Venus has reached its maximum eastern elongation from the Sun. And so its shape seen from Earth looks exactly like that of the Moon in the first quarter. Venus is also so bright that it is visible even in broad daylight if you know where to find it. And so for the last few days I have enjoyed capturing its shape during the day, only with the zoom lens of a Nikon in the company of aeroplanes or birds. It was surprising to see how often a bird or a plane passes by it. The difficulty is therefore to be able to capture their encounter in a single shot, in daylight and with a zoom that allows you to perceive the planet in phase too. And here it is with a swallow and a hawk above the skies of Rome. Nikon Coolpix ISO400 1/2000s
