Details:
A thick pall of smoke from Canadian wildfires enveloped the area on June 7th 2023. Surface visibility fell below 1km, and a cold meager sun cast a red Martian hue into the air and onto the ground. It was one of the most-apocalyptic atmospheres I've experienced. The sun was too dim to view through eclipse glasses, which afforded the opportunity to take a photo of Sol's spots. The date-time in the EXIF data is incorrect - the photo was taken at 2325 UTC 07-June-2023.
