Object/Date: C/2022 A2 (PANSTARRS) @ 2023 February 26, 05:03 UT Description: Comet C/2022 A2 (PANSTARRS) imaged on February 26, 2023, as it was beginning to move away from the Sun and lose brightness, which in this image was at magnitude 9.3. Its fairly condensed green coma had an angular size of about 3 arcminutes, and its ion tail was about 10 arcminutes in length, although difficult to observe against this star-filled field of the Milky Way in the constellation Lacerta.
