Details:
During the surprise G2 geomagnetic storm on the evening of May 19, 2023 the ISS made a flyby right through the aurora display. A symphony of Spring Peepers and Boreal Chorus Frogs accompanied the beautiful display. It was pretty magical. The brightest intensity of the display occurred between 3:30 and 4:30 UTC. Photos were taken with a Canon 6D DSLR with a Sigma 20mm ART lens set at f/1.4, ISO 4000 with an exposure time of 1.6 seconds. Link to time lapse of the ISS flyby: https://vimeo.com/828616505
