Details:
Early on Monday, a very clear sky provided a good view from my back garden of the 20 % illuminated Waning Crescent Moon rising above another beautiful emerging volcanic sunrise over Cecil Kop Nature Reserve in Mutare. These aerosol displays are still appearing sixteen months after massive eruption of the Hunga-Tonga Volcano on January 15th 2022 and are testimony to the quantity of material that was ejected into and continues to circulate at a similar latitude in the Southern Hemisphere stratosphere.
