Details:
It was mainly cloudy with some rain over central Pennsylvania on March 23 as the geomagnetic storm hit the Earth. There was a brief break in the clouds in the northern sky right around 11 p.m. ET, and a my north-facing security camera captured a few snapshots of the glow of red aurora before the thick clouds returned.
