Details:
The close conjunction between Venus and Jupiter was obscured from view in Mutare by cloud on 1st and 2nd March. On 3rd March cloud had cleared sufficiently to allow just two brief glimpses a few seconds apart of Venus separating from Jupiter at 6.38 pm. The accompanying images show Venus approaching Jupiter at 6.58 pm on 28th February and the pair separating at 6.38 pm on 3rd March. Camera: Tripod-mounted and hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in night scenery and sunset modes.
