CAPTION: 6:27 pm CST, Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Planets Jupiter (left) and Venus, seen at top in western sky as photographed from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Jupiter shone at magnitude -2.08, Venus at -3.97. The planets were about one degree apart in the sky. A line of clouds were encroaching from the right, and covered this scene in about 15 minutes. Nikon D7200. 1/4 second exposure at f/7.1, ISO 160, 26mm focal length.
