This close-up of AR3217 and 3220, taken at 9h01 UT on Februray 12, shows a major flare which lasted for one hour at least. Note the light bridge and several umbral dots in the main spot. AiryLab Celestron 8 solar telescope with DayStar Ion 0.3 A H-alpha filter.
