Details:
Persistent overcast in the late afternoon on the 5th obscured the Full Moon from moonrise in the evening until dawn on the 6th when it unexpectedly became visible in clear sky just before sunrise. This enabled it to be observed descending and setting close to the antisolar point among pale pink anticrepuscular rays as shown in the accompanying time-lapse animation and images. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
