I took this photo with my cell phone so it isn't the best. Still, you can see the rainbow-like sun-dogs, if you enlarge the picture, as well as the vestigial parts of the arc above the sun. Since the ground temp was -6, I suspect ice crystals were at play. We almost never get those kinds of phenomena at our latitudes (Southwest Missouri).
