Details:
2022 Geminid meteor shower in 68% moonlight. This is a composite image of the brightest meteors captured before I ran out of batteries after nine hours. The moon is rising behind me and illuminating sacred Baboquivari Peak (center) while clouds are shading most of Three Sisters Ridge in the foreground. A brief bout with dew on my lens made Jupiter (upper left) look huge. Nikon Z9 with 24mm Rokinon lens.
