Yes, the Taurids are still active. This Taurid fireball was captured on the eve of Thanksgiving on Nov 24th 2022 at 03:10 UTC. It appeared SSE of Cabo Rojo, PR and just above the local Aerostat. I decided to extract certain frames from the video and then stacked them in photoshop to show how it transitioned from a single pebble to one that split in two near the end. I used a Sony A7s camera with a 24mm lens at F/1.5 at 30 fps. Hi-res video at: https://youtu.be/exqIdDCY1vY
