Details:
The waning gibbous Moon was near the zenith 8° from the Beehive. Considering the general glare in the sky from the fat Moon and the lens' propensity to flare dramatically with the Moon inside the frame, it's surprising so many stars were recorded nonetheless, up to nearly mag 11 near the edge of the white glare around the Moon and mag 12 in the vicinity of the Beehive.
