Details:
22° ring and the very rare circumhorizontal arc (CHA) around the moon! After midnight, this very bright and homogeneous 22° ring around the Moon and Mars appeared in the midst of the Winter Hexagon. But that's not all: only during image processing on the PC did I discover the very rare circumhorizontal arc (CHA) as a colored band of light just above the trees! The counterpart to the circumzenithal arc (CZA)! Image slightly overexposed to make the CHA more visible. My first CHA on the moon in observer life! Elevation of the moon: 65.4° Canon EOS 6D + 2.8/12 mm Fisheye (F4), ISO 400, 20s, 03:11 CET
