Details:
Skies were clear over southern New England this morning for the total lunar eclipse. I positioned myself at Highland Lighthouse on Cape Cod to capture the view. This is a sequence composite of 31 exposures taken every three minutes as the eclipse progressed. The eastern US only saw the first half of the eclipse. The Moon sat during mid totality as the Sun began to rise in the east. Canon EOS 6D, EF 24-70mm f/2.8L lens, ISO800, 1/15 second exposures.
