Details:
Encouraged by the reports of strange blue ribbons in the Arctic on Nov. 3rd I send these photos taken in Abisko on the 26th of October 2017. This "blue Aurora" was also documented by Oliver Wright of Lights over Lapland. It turned out that it had been the exhaust of a Russian rocket launched from a submarine in Northern Siberia. There were sightings and photos of a bright white and blue ball seen from Siberia.
