Details:
Saw on Spaceweather that a surprise CME was causing a minor geomagnetic storm, so I went out of the city in hope to see some of the action. Luckily the clouds stayed away until around 1:00am when I packed things up. Aurora came and went around three times from 10pm-1am. Saw double Auroral arcs, beautiful light pillars and at one point, the lower Aurora arc got so bright a nitrogen fringe was also visible (2nd photo). Also saw a few meteors but unfortunately none caught on camera. Canon 5DmkIV + Rokinon 14mm f/2.8, ISO 3200, 5-12 sec exposures.
