Details:
The second surprise during our holiday. From the small town of Lauger in the northern part of Iceland we encountered the long green bow from west to east. This time it was less bright than the one from the double impact shockwave a few days ago, but soon we saw the curtain of light breaking up in multiple parts and we enjoyed the dancing spikes. Another dim and very wide band was seen overhead. Sometimes the bow made giant curly waves. We were lucky the moon was still behind the mountain range, only after an hour or two it came up. By then only the diffuse bow was visible. Nikon Z, different settings in ISO, time, shutter speed and aperture.
