Details:
I was spending the evening with family outside and explaining the aurora borealis phenomenon to a foreign exchange student from Spain. As darkness approached, I did a test shot with my phone which revealed a small band on the horizon. After everyone left the storm hit. Then came STEVE! Although brief, what a show!
