Hi Tony, I was out shooting the Milky Way last night when I captured what I believe to be an early Southern Taurid meteor. The meteor was mag +0 with a 20 degree naked eye tail, it originated from Taurus. I also captured vivid air glow formations, this wasn't aurora (there was a weak display earlier), the air glow was easy to see with the naked eye, green, and reflected on the ocean, it came up very well on this high ISO wide angle image. The scene was captured over the sea stacks at Ballintoy in N. Ireland. Canon 5D Mark IV, 15mm F/2.8, ISO8000 for 13 secs.
