I got this image of the huge prominence on the sun yesterday. I took about 300GB of footage so I will be making a time-lapse later once I have some time. This is just the stacked image from one 15 second video. This monster was several times larger than the Earth. Expect to see a more active sun and more northern lights as we approach solar maximum in the Sun's 11 year cycle.
