Details:
On Thursday 25th the 4% illuminated Waning Crescent Moon appeared at 5.30 am in yet another colourful emerging volcanic sunrise display to be followed by Venus some distance below and to the right about fifteen minutes later. Both objects quickly became difficult to see above the bright glare of approaching sunrise. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset mode.
