Time Lapse of Jupiter Double Shadow Transit Aug-16-2022, 4:40-5:20 UTC (12:40 to 1:20 EDT) You can see both Io and Ganymede to the right, and Io's shadow on the face of Jupiter. Then Ganymede's shadow begins to appear, and Io is seen shortly in front of the disk of Jupiter. And then the Great Red Spot rotates into view.
