Details:
As soon as the moon rose from the east on the evening of July 16, I saw the rare 22 degree lunar halo, Moon Dogs and Parhelic Circle! This beautiful and rare phenomenon lasted for about 3 hours, although the thin clouds interfered but did not affect the observation. The location and shape of the Moon Dogs change with the height of the moon in a time-lapse video linked here: https://youtu.be/wu_MrLqQxQA. There is actually a faint starry sky above the film, but it looks dim under the influence of urban light pollution and moonlight.
