Details:
Today, my wife took some photographs of some interesting looking skies. This one showing rings created by the Sun. One with a rainbow effect which encircles the solar disk, which I believe are called "Sun Dogs"...but the other larger ring is displaced from the sun, though a part of the circle intersects. I've not seen this before. They look like lensflare, though these circles are seen with the naked eyes.
