Details:
The huge filaprom (featured in APOD today!) lies on the NW limb, just right of double spotted AR 3038, which will follow it over the limb this weekend...expect fireworks! The new AR I called attention to yesterday now, as I expected, is AR 3040..gettting pretty good at this predicting. Should have a sunspot lottery! Lunt 60, B 1200 Ha diagonal, 12mm Plossl, iPhone 12s.
