I woke up early this morning to be greeted by this spectacular sunrise. The colours were so bright that our neighbour's metal balcony balustrades were glowing bright red from the reflected light! As I was half asleep I only just grabbed my iPhone to take these photos, but the colours show up beautifully nonetheless.
Interestingly, last night's sunset was not as vividly coloured as previously, so I am wondering if the volcanic aerosol distribution from Hunga Tonga is becoming patchy and uneven again? Any thoughts?
