Details:
While imaging the large AR3014 in H-alpha, I've noticed a bright event just near it, and after panning towards that area I was surprised by the large size of the area that contained the flare! A 40 minute animation is in the making, but for now only this image was processed. Note the active group at the right hand side of the image, much less active. 150 mm achromat, ASI174MM, Quark H alpha filter.
