Details:
My first composite image using photoshop. Equipment setup club owned 90mm HA Coronado mounted piggyback on the historic 24" Boller & Chivens telescope in a 20' dome observatory located just South of Cedar Rapids Iowa. Clear and sunny conditions with strong South winds so the dome shutter was only partially opened. Imaging source DMK41AU camera 200 uncompressed images in each set. One set exposed for the prominence the other for the disk. Registax for initial processing, then Photoshop for final merge.
