The Sun (Full Disk activity) in Hydrogen Alpha Light
I Captured some High activity on the Sun with a 60mm/50F HA Lunt Hydrogen Alpha Solar telescope,
Bisque MYT mount, and QHY5IIL Cmos Camera, Fire-Capture SER File, 6.4ms exposure, 31 FPS,
Stacked 741 Frames in Registax 6. Captured from my backyard Observatory in Dayton, Ohio on 02-05-2022.
I was able to get a few shots taken before the clouds rolled in from the south around 2pm on Saturday.
But it was really nice to see the Sun with such full activity again! North is up in this image,
The Sun constantly rotates left to right so its nice to see the daily parade of new Sunspots/Active Regions.
left to right Sunspot groups/Active Regions (AR) in this image are:
(AR2941 Upper Left) (Upper Center is AR2940) (Upper Right Limb AR 2938 & AR 2936)
(Lower Center AR 2939)
(Lower left Limb) a Very Large Prominence from a Sunspot that hasn't yet come around the South Eastern Limb.
There are many smaller prominences around the disk and a few filaments are visible also.
