Details:
On March 2, 2011, images were taken during an ongoing EVA on mission STS-133. Astronaut Bowen was at the end of the arm with a cover in his hands, moving towards the edge of the Columbus module. The main images of this event were published at the time. There were also frames taken earlier in the ISS-passage, at a longer range, thus a bit lower angular resolution. Some of these frames were used to help with the analyses of the main images, but were never properly processed. This is one of those images that now is processed with the current experience. We see the partially illuminated edge of Columbus, most of the module was in shadow. We see the spacewalker in the ground-based image from its back. Very important in the interpretation: Note the space between the astronaut and the arm end, caused by the very thin foot restraint. The image was taken using a fully manually tracked 10 inch telescope. Other images: http://www.ralfvandebergh-astrophotography.simpsite.nl/astronauts-in-spacewalks
