Details:
When photographing last Sunday's sunset, a deeper than usual yellow hue was noticed. Indeed, this could be ashes from the volcano as the winds were from a Northerly direction under a crisp polar maritime airmass. The cumulus clouds provided deep contrast. Could spaceweather kindly confirm?
