Details:
Venus at 12:15 PM EST from northern Ohio, about 8 hours before inferior conjunction. Canon Rebel SL1, 500mm, 1600 ISO, 1/2000s, f/16. I put the Sun behind the peak of the garage roof, and easily spotted Venus using binoculars, then I moved ever so slightly to put Venus just above the roof peak. So cool!
