On Dec 27th at approx 7:35pm local time, I was taking some video footage of Comet Leonard and all of a sudden a meteor streaks by just parallel to the comet. I have to admit that I was hoping one would appear but this was better than I had hoped for because it was very close and also parallel to the comet.
