I was hiking along a tiny creek at a local MetroPark yesterday. Normally, this time of year around here gives us cold rain, ice, snow, etc. It's been unusually warm lately and I was hoping to catch some signs of a normal Winter after a brief cold snap. The creek was on the edge of freezing so the ice was on the edge of disappearing. I got to enjoy seeing iridescent clouds reflected in the tenuous creek ice. It was a nice break from everything ...
