Details:
I managed to capture Comet Leonard as is sank low in the Southwest after sundown from my backyard in Prescott Arizona. Despite the blazing full moon rising in the east and short exposures, the comet's tail is apparent. It should be more so in the coming days with a later moonrise providing a window of darkness. This was my last chance though to capture this interstellar visitor. It will be cloudy here for at least the next 10 days.
