Details:
Another great night in Abisko! Last night I spent the evening with a group of journalists at the Aurora Sky Station. The journalists were a bit concerned that they would not see the lights as the KP index was low and there were a few clouds in the sky. A few minutes later all of their concerns were out the window as a large aurora peeked through the clouds and brought a smile to their face. The weather cleared and everyone in Abisko enjoyed several hours of powerful auroras. With all of the crazy things going on in the world, a night under the lights was a welcome reprieve.
