Details:
Urban astronomy from the rig shown, 3 miles from Cop26. Glasgow is very busy just now and for very good reason. The skies cleared tonight to let me dig out the Meade LX10 and a Canon EOS1300D. After much focussing using eyepiece projection and a 1 sec / ISO 1600 exposure, managed to split Gamma Andromedae A & B. Loved the difference in colour. A wee reminder of where we are in the grand scheme of things and what we have to do to help our "pale blue dot".
