Details:
As darkness fell on Friday 8th the two day old Waxing Crescent Moon with bright earthshine was photographed in conjunction with the Libra Constellation star pair Zubenelgenubi and a1-Lib. The two close-up views were obtained at 6.20 and 6.40 pm. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in manual exposure mode.
