Details:
What a great night in Utsjoki in the far north of Finnish Lapland! The strongest show in quite a while, possibly even one of the strongest of this 2021 calendar year! The auroras appeared in the southern part of the sky during evening twilight, way before the sky became completely dark. And the auroras kept getting brighter and faster while at times covering almost the entire sky. We saw several coronas right overhead, and often the purple colour appeared. A night to remember!
