Details:
This Sunday, August 15, I photographed our sun, peppered with small sunspots that did not exist the day before, but the most spectacular thing is undoubtedly the enormous prominence that can be seen in the northeast limb.
The sun, with its unpredictable nature, always shows us interesting features to observe.
To take this picture I used an H-alpha solar telescope and a monochrome camera. These telescopes allow us to observe the solar chromosphere in an intense red color, that is why I decided to color it cherry red in the image processing.
