Details:
Concerns about the monsoon clouding out the Perseid peak this week led to a lazy guy's photo session Sunday Night/Monday Morning (9-10 August). One camera went out the front door and a second one dropped in the back yard. The back yard camera wound up with 3 Persieds plus an excellent sporadic flashing past the Andromeda Galaxy up top. If there is some miracle of a big cloud hole Wednesday night/Thursday morning, I imagine it will be a pretty good show again, from a dark site. || Canon EOS 6D Mark II with Tamron 28-75 mm lens at 28mm. || 4 sec., f/3.2, ISO 6400 || 10 images stacked with Starry Landscape stacker to improve signal-noise of star field. 4 meteor images re-aligned to star field, masked and stacked in Photoshop.
