Here's a comparison of the Sun's disc when our darling Earth was closest and farthest from it. Basically speaking, a huge 5 mil km (3 mil mi) difference in distance. To be honest, I feel lucky to finish this project in the shortest possible time frame, and that is 6 months. Perihelion images were taken on 02 Jan 2021 and aphelion shot on 05 July 2021, all using the same camera (ASI178MC) and scope (Orion ED80) setup, only my outfit had to be different.
