Details:
Image was taken early in the morning, while seeing was still very good, I would say 4/5. The details of this fantastic prominence were fantastic - gentle streams of plasma could be easily seen and it was mesmerizing. The height of the prominence is roughly about 60,000 Kilometers! While there are much larger prominences, this number is still impressive. I added a scaled earth image to emphasize the enormity of the scene. Details: Telescope - TS-Optics 125mm H-Alpha Filter: Daystar Quark Chromosphere Camera: ZWO ASI183MM Total of 300 frames, 23ms each stacked
