Details:
i packed my gear and went to countryside to capture Comet Palomar C 2020 T2 but since it was weekend the traffic passing local unpaved dirt roads caused a lot of tiny dust particles flying in the atmosphere. when i was driving to the observing site i got passed a vast brush fire of maybe an acre in the nearby mountains. i thought: what can go wrong? im going to get a bright sky, but what can be done? i might have the chance to come back any time soon. so lets just go and see what happens. this GIF is the result. my gallery on instagram: www.instagram.com/amir_ehteshami telescope: 10 inch f4.7 newtonian telescope camera: ZWO ASI 178 MM with baader L CCD filter mode: 8bit gain: 165 bin: 2x2 61 frames 90 sec exposures beginning: 00:26 am
