Details:
My primary goal last night was to capture Noctilucent Clouds, and I managed to capture them in the evening for the first time this year, as I was finishing up the shoot I noticed a faint aurora on the Eastern Horizon, so I decided to stay and see what happens. At 0730 UTC, the heavens opened up and the aurora began to dance like it was a kP of 5 but wait the kP was 2 but the solar wind Bt was 12 and the Bz was -5, density 32.4, solar wind speed a meagre 291 km/s yet man oh man that was a show it lasted 30 minutes but what incredible colours!
