Details:
The warm air from the land is hitting the sea causing fog which is very thick about 200m from the sea but it can't be that high as the Sun shines through it.it takes the punch out of the Sun reducing it to a disk in cameras rather than flared but obviously it goes without saying don't look at it with binoculars or telescopes or even the naked eye.
